Persada Journal of Management and Sustainable Economy implements a peer review process to ensure the quality, integrity, and scholarly contribution of all published articles. All manuscripts are reviewed objectively, fairly, and in accordance with established publication ethics standards.

  1. Initial Screening
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial screening by the editor to assess their relevance to the journal’s focus and scope, administrative completeness, compliance with author guidelines, and similarity level. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the authors or rejected.

  2. Reviewer Assignment
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two reviewers with expertise relevant to the subject matter of the article.

  3. Review Process
The journal applies a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential. Reviewers provide objective and constructive evaluations and recommendations.

  4. Review Criteria
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on originality, topic relevance, scholarly contribution, methodological rigor, quality of analysis and discussion, and adherence to publication ethics.

  5. Editorial Decision
Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the editor makes the final decision, which may include acceptance without revision, acceptance with minor revision, acceptance with major revision, or rejection. The editor’s decision is final.

  6. Manuscript Revision
Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to the reviewers’ comments within the specified time frame. Revised manuscripts may be sent back to reviewers for further evaluation if necessary.

  7. Publication
Accepted manuscripts undergo final editing and layout processes before being published according to the journal’s publication schedule.
