Publication Ethics
Persada Journal of Management and Sustainable Economy is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics in all stages of the publishing process. This publication ethics statement defines the ethical responsibilities of all parties involved in the publication process, including editors, reviewers, authors, and the publisher.
Duties of Editors
Editors are responsible for deciding which submitted articles should be published based on their academic merit, scientific validity, and relevance to the journal’s focus and scope. Editors must act fairly, objectively, and without discrimination. They must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and avoid conflicts of interest in the editorial process.
Duties of Reviewers
Reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions and improving the quality of manuscripts through the peer-review process. Reviewers must conduct reviews objectively, maintain confidentiality, provide constructive feedback, and disclose any potential conflicts of interest. Reviewers must not use unpublished information from submitted manuscripts for personal benefit.
Duties of Authors
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work is original, accurate, and scientifically sound. Manuscripts submitted must not have been previously published or be under consideration by another journal. Authors must properly cite all sources used and acknowledge all individuals who have made significant contributions to the work. Any conflicts of interest must be clearly disclosed.
Plagiarism and Originality
All submitted manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software. The journal only accepts manuscripts that comply with the similarity threshold set by the journal. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism will be rejected or returned to the authors for revision.
Retraction and Correction of Articles
Published articles may be retracted or corrected if significant errors, ethical violations, or scientific misconduct are identified. Retractions and corrections will be conducted in accordance with established publication ethics guidelines.
